Supposedly, it takes more muscles to frown than smile. Smiling is also known to change brain chemistry. Someone was told me to smile even if I didn’t feel it. Eventually I would.
I just attended a lecture today where the speaker put the word “smile” at the bottom of each slide. As he spoke he gave statistics on the benefits of smiling. It was great! Happy Friday to you Paul 🙂
Well, I’m getting better. When I started presenting for money, I discovered very quickly that attendees had better enjoy the presentation even more than they valued the information if I hoped to get invited back. Part of my plan was (and believe it or not, still is) to write the words ‘smile here’ and ‘animate here’ NUMEROUS times throughout my presenting notes. It worked! 🙂

Well it worked for the speaker that I listened to and it was fun! We need to be creative, at times the audience can be tough 🙂

Thanks for this, I needed a reset as I’ve been following my worry instead of my bliss!
